Connections is a place where leaders thrive. The common goal of our ministry teams is to fulfill the mission of Connections Community. Each team plays a vital role in creating a place where frequent attendees and new friends feel safe in developing relationships with others and with our Creator.

Dusty Taylor

Dusty is a third generation pastor with a bent toward the creative. If you go right to his core, you will see an evangelist who wants people to find the hope he has in Jesus.

Jeremy Wight

Jeremy is a Sacramento native, but feels like Idaho is really his home. He loves Jesus and really has a heart for people. “I believe that people really desire and need authentic relationships. I believe that Small Groups are one of the best ways to develop those relationships, and I am passionate about helping people get connected.”

Dimitri Nosarev

Dimitri is a russian native and after discovering life with Jesus was called into Missions. Dimitri has a heart for reaching the lost. His talents as a communicator, marketer, and technology junkie are a vital part of the CX Community. "God has placed a burning desire in the souls of this couple; a message for the people of America, for believers and non-believers alike. "

Chris Huston and Isaac Rede

Chris and Isaac co-lead our ministry to youth. Chris is into Christian Hip Hop and (legal) Graphiti Art. Isaac enjoys sports and rocking out to Guitar Hero. They have a lot of fun teaching and hanging out with the young'ins.

Josh Emerson

Josh is Kim's husband, Kael's father, and God's kid. Living right down the street from Dusty, it was only a matter of time before he got, "Connected." Josh oversees set up and lock up for our weekend services. He's the first one there and the last one to leave. You don't have to be around him long to catch his spirit of service!

Jonathan Page

Jonathan has a passion for worshiping God through music. His desire is to see a people passionate for God’s glory; A people with a holistic view of worship which extends beyond the music and into their daily lives. He previously attended Multnomah Bible College while interning with Westport Church in Hillsboro OR. He loves music and LOVES to meet new people!

Lorraine Keith

Lorraine is a passionate follower of Jesus Christ. She has the love, talent and gift of teaching young ones. She has the ability to take the message of the Gospel and deliver it in a way that our children both learn and enjoy.
